Aqua Green Flakes Injection Temp: 65ºC / 150ºF This all-purpose injection wax is a popular formulation as it provides the ideal balance of characteristics demanded by most designers and casters. Aqua Green is recommended for stone in place casting.

Turquoise Flakes Injection Temp: 65ºC / 150ºF Similar to Aqua Flakes, except for the turquoise color. Many designers and casters prefer the darker color for easier visual verification of fine detail.

Ruby Red Flakes Injection Temp: 65ºC / 150ºF Similar to Aqua Flakes, except for the deep red color. Many designers and casters prefer the darker color for easier visual verification of fine detail.

Tuf Guy Green Flakes Injection Temp: 73ºC / 165ºF Formerly sold as Tuffy Green Flakes. This is the toughest wax. Its accuracy and durable, yet flexible characteristics make it ideal for large pieces.

Filigree Pink Flakes Injection Temp: 68ºC / 155ºF This wax combines the flexibility of Tuf Guy Green with the excellent flow characteristics of Aqua flakes. Provides the highest detail and is easy to remove from molds without breakage. Low carvability and shrinkage. Medium flow, flexibility, memory, readability, and solidification time. High pattern shelf life.

Super Pink Flakes Injection Temp: 65ºC / 150ºF Quickest solidification, this wax will not give, making it ideal for clasps, claws, and bezel settings. Also, the opacity makes this wax superior in readability.

Flexible Blue Flakes Injection Temp: 68ºC / 155ºF Longest shelf-life and highest flexibility, this unique mixture of wax and plastic is especially well-suited for metal molds and stone in place casting.

Carvable Purple Flakes Injection Temp: 77ºC / 170ºF For designers and casters who rework wax patterns, this wax offers superior carvability with minimal clogging of tools. With the highest injection temperatures, it will not break under stress and enables easier handling.
Castaldo LiquaFast ICE RTV LiquaFast ICE 1 Kg (2.2 lb.) Kit LiquaFast ICE 4 Kg (8.8 lb.) Kit Castaldo Plasto Wax 4.4lbs.
New LiquaFast™ ICE from CASTALDO® is a transparent two–part 0% shrinkage RTV silicone molding rubber that cures very rapidly at normal room temperatures and cures even faster at slightly warmer temperatures. That means that you can make a mold from your CAD CAM, RP and SLA models in the morning, shoot waxes 30 minutes later and cast them that afternoon. No more waiting.

LiquaFast ICE makes strong, tough, tear-resistant permanent molds that last and last and do not become soft with age. LiquaFast ICE works well with all RP types, including hard-to-mold Solidscape® designs.

LiquaFast Ice’s low viscosity makes it easy to measure, mix and pour. Normal cure time is only 60 – 90 minutes. Faster cure is possible at only 50˚ C. / 120˚ F. LiquaFast ICE is economical, costing far less than traditional silicone RTV materials.
